A founder of Madison Street Partners and tenant representation specialist, Mr. Kinney has negotiated on behalf of many national tenants during his 22 year career including Smith Barney, CitiGroup, Smith Kline Beecham, New England Financial, Met-Rx Products, United Auto Credit, ING, & Clarient/GE Medical. He has also represented many Orange County based tenants including Stratacare, WeveTec Vision, Aspen Medical, Kondaur Capital, Red 5 Studios, Craig Realty Group, Alvarado Smith, Hodel Briggs & Winter, Allen Haight & Monaghan, & Pacific Mercantile Bank. He has helped his clients lease or purchase more than 10 million square feet, and has provided portfolio strategy & administration, transaction management, site & building selection, financial analysis, facility planning, development/construction pro formas & lease administration for clients.
An accounting graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s Orfalea College of Business, Mr. Kinney was named Alumnus of the year. He continues to serve as a board member for the College of Business, American Cancer Society of Orange County and St. Mary’s School, where he serves as Board Chair. He also is a member of GenNext, an organization of forward thinking business leaders dedicated to making a difference with issues affecting our society and businesses. Mr. Kinney volunteers to mentor Orfalea College of Business students and to help coach youth sports. Mr. Kinney resides in San Juan Capistrano with his wife and two sons.

Paul has represented such tenants as Friedmutter Group, Casanova Pendrill Publicidad, Alliance Resource Group, ClinDatrix, Bergener & Associates, Nationwide Health Properties, Model Home Source, Brand Affinity Technologies and Mobius Semiconductor.
He is an active member at The Segerstom Center for the Arts and serves on the Board of the Corporate Council, comprised of corporations who give annual contributions in support of Segerstrom Center for the Arts’ artistic programming and education programs which serve more than 375,000 students, teachers and families in Orange County. Mr. Root is a native of Newport Beach and resides in Corona del Mar.
After a four year NFL career with the San Francisco 49ers and the Buffalo Bills, Mr. Salmon has started and sold several real estate related companies in his 15 year professional career as well as closed more than $250,000,000 in real estate transactions. The Lott Trophy, one of college football's finest awards, was founded by Mr. Salmon along with the Pacific Club Impact Foundation. In just its third year the foundation has distributed over $1,00,000 to needy charities and universities nationwide. Mr. Salmon serves on the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation and the United Way. He's a member of the Southern California NFL Alumni Association (Caring for Kids), USC's Cardinal and Gold, The Tim Salmon Foundation and the College Football Hall of Fame, in which he donates his free time for each endeavor. A 1993 graduate of USC, he received degrees in Urban and Regional planning as well as Communications. While there, Mr. Salmon was on the Dean’s List and Honor Roll, a 4 year letterman on both the football and baseball teams, and a team captain on the Co-Champion 1993 football team. Mr. Salmon resides in Newport Coast with his wife and three children.
Scott Granger is a partner with Madison Street Partners and is responsible for a variety of corporate portfolio assignments. Active in the commercial real estate industry since 1990, Scott specializes in representing corporations in strategic real estate planning locally here in Orange County as well as across the country. Previously a managing director with Julien Studley Inc., Mr. Granger joined Madison Street Partners as a principal partner in 2006. Scott has completed more than four million square feet of tenant representation assignments involving leased and owned space on behalf of major corporations, start-up groups, law firms, engineering firms and technology companies. These tenant representation assignments include Samsung (multiple assignments), Quest Software, Gateway, Inc. for 280,000 square feet and Emulex Corporation for 245,000 square feet.

Scott has been honored as Irvine’s Broker of the Quarter multiple times. He is an active supporter of Project Pride which supports Orange County’s under privileged children in ocean related activities. He also proudly supports the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Hopeful Hearts, The Goodwill and Mustard Seed Ranch. Scott is a member of the Newport Aquatic Center competing internationally in outrigger canoe racing and still holds the master’s division record set in 2005 for the Catalina to Dana Point Race in a time of 5 hours and 9 minutes. Scott lives in Orange County with his wife and two young children.
John Bucher joined Madison Street Partners as a principal partner in 2007. Mr. Bucher is a licensed broker who has over ten years of commercial real estate experienced in both the Orange and San Diego Counties. He has successfully negotiated over $150 million in building leases and sales. Mr. Bucher's clients have included a wide array of industries such as law, technology, accounting, real estate, healthcare, employments, printing, media and education. A sample of Mr. Bucher's clients include: CBIZ Inc., First Team Real Estate, National University, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Kelly Services, United Education Institute and Regents Bank.
Mr. Bucher exclusively represents corporate tenants and buyers of commercial real estate. His expertise covers all aspects of tenant representation, including acquisition, disposition, financial analysis of lease and sale feasibility, site planning and selection strategy.
Mr. Bucher attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. Mr. Bucher is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has actively participated in the Orange County Big Brother/Big Sister Program for eight years.
After a successful career as a college basketball coach and NBA scout, Greg Marshall made the transition into the equally competitive world of commercial real estate.
Mr. Marshall has completed complex real estate transactions for such firms as Metropolitan West Capital Management, FEDChex, Beyond Marketing Group, Saddleback Constructors, The Cooper Companies and Coastline Micro. He is on the board of Directors for Orangewood Children's Foundation. He serves as an executive committee member of Orange County's top networking group, PurposeNet, and serves as a coach for youth sports in Irvine. He is a graduate of the Leadership Tomorrow Program.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Mr. Marshall coached college basketball for such schools as Cal Poly SLO, Westmont College and Idaho State. In addition, he served as a scout for the NBA's Miami Heat and Los Angles Lakers. He is an alumnus of Westmont College for his under graduate degree and earned a master's degree at Idaho State. Mr. Marshall is a licensed broker in the state of California. He and his wife, Lois, live in Irvine with their three children, Joe, Jenna and Jackson.

Bridgette’s chief objective is to help her clients with exceptional tenant representation services including consulting, strategic planning, financial analysis, transaction management, and lease negotiation.
Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Miss Hertel spent 4 years working in the television development business, where she worked for Fox Broadcasting Company, William Morris Endeavor, the Chairmen of 20th Century Fox Television, and the President of The Weinstein Company. She developed close relationships with leaders in the entertainment business maintaining a rigorous schedule while attaining detailed skills in marketing, communication, deal making, new media technology, and creative interaction.
Miss Hertel is a graduate from the University of Southern California, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in the School of Cinematic Arts with a Minor from the Annenberg School of Communications. Bridgette is a proud alumnus of Delta Gamma and is also an assistant coach for JSerra’s girls Varsity and Junior Varsity tennis team.
